Our Mechanical Design and Engineering Services work includes:
A. Mechanical Design Services: Automation equipment, machines, devices, fixtures, and other mechanical systems.
B. Product Design Services: Concept design, industrial design, surface modeling, and product engineering design.
Both A and B include: 3D CAD modeling, defining constraints and motion relationships among parts in assemblies, interference detection, finite element analysis (FEA), preparation of bills of materials (BOMs), and creation of detailed 2D engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and videos of critical motion simulations and assembly procedures. We also provide electrical system design and PLC or microcontroller programming when required for the equipment or product. We can help you design your products, turn your initial rough ideas into reality, then you can focus on marketing and sales. We follow DFMA and DFMEA principles throughout the design process. All intellectual property rights to the designs and other work we create for you belong to you.

3D CAD Modeling and Rendering Enhancement: Improving the visual appearance of 3D models through color application and presentation refinement.
Assembly Optimization: All components (parts and subassemblies) of an assembly must appear under that assembly in the assembly tree. For large assemblies, all component files belonging to the assembly are stored in a separate folder on the hard drive. This allows us to maintain a clear and well-organized structure for all assemblies and parts. All component mates and constraints, as well as the relative motion between components within assemblies, are optimized.
2D Engineering Drawing Enhancement: Improving the layout, fonts, and visual presentation of engineering drawings, while preserving their optimized appearance when exporting or converting them to AutoCAD and PDF formats.
Our design services are competitively priced, typically around one-third of comparable rates in the United States and other developed markets, while maintaining a high standard of professional service. All intellectual property rights to the designs and other work we create for you belong to you.
